Off Center Farm herbal offerings have been steadily growing to reflect our love of plants and their power to make us feel whole. Our herbs are sold as teas and cooking blends to add to your freshly cooked meals. In addition to our 1/4 field of lavender we are bring more chamomile, calendula, tulsi and more into production this year. We can’t wait to share with you all that we will grow in 2024.
Copper Distilled Oils
Coming in the fall of 2024 we will have distilled essential oil from our lavender fields! We have limited quantities of this from a distillation we did a previous year, but we are looking forward to owning a still ourselves and might even experiment with other herbs that we have excess of!
Fresh Herbs
Every week during the season, we’ll harvest a variety of fresh culinary and medicinal herbs (perfect for teas) that we will have for sale at our farm stand and sell in bulk to local folks. Varieties such as lemon basil, tulsi, oregano, chamomile, etc. will be regulars at the stand while they are in season. Contact us if you would like a bulk quantity.
Dried Herbs
Throughout the summer months you’ll find us drying multiple varieties of fresh herbs and repackaging them for you. Some of them we’ll use in some wonderful salves and balms that you can find in our online store or at the farm stand. But mostly we’ll be selling these herbs on their own to use for cooking or so you can make your own herbal products with them!
